Cashew Balls

Introduction

These are inspired by Travelnista's Lemon Tarts didn't have any Walnuts so I used Cashew's instead and added some lime juice and agave. These are inspired by Travelnista's Lemon Tarts didn't have any Walnuts so I used Cashew's instead and added some lime juice and agave.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 Cup of Raw Cashews
    1 Cup of Sesame Seeds
    1 Cup of Chopped Pitted Dates ( I used Medjool Dates)
    Juice of 1 lemon
    Zest of 1 Lemon
    2 Tbs. of Raw Agave Nectar
    1/2 Cup of Unsweeted Dried Coconut Flakes

Directions

Add Walnuts and Sesame Seeds in Food Processor and pulse till mixed together then add Dates, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice and pulse till completely mixed.

The mixture will be slightly sticky. With dampened hands, roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Roll in coconut and chill until ready to serve.

Takes a total of 10-15 minutes to mix and roll.

    Aww thank you so much my next one would be a chocolate ball of some sort I've been wanting to make one but it's only me eating them unless I share so imagine trying to eat them all. LOL
