Wheat free, vanilla free brownies

Introduction

I made these brownies for myself b/c I have multiple food allergies and I really wanted something sweet. I made these brownies for myself b/c I have multiple food allergies and I really wanted something sweet.
Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
    1 1/2 cup turbinado sugar
    1 1/2 tsp Disaronno
    3 large brown eggs
    3/4 c Spelt flour
    1/2 c cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Heat oven to 350 and grease a 9X13 pan.

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and mix well.

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Slowly add to sugar mix.

Pour into pan and spread out.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Let cool. Cut into 25 squares (5x5 in the pan) And enjoy!
