Jenn's Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

2 cups low fat parmesan cheese, shredded
2 cups 2% Italian blend cheese, shredded
4-8 oz pkg fat free or low fat cream cheese, at room temp
1-8oz box frozen spinach, thawed and drained very well
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1 packet Good Season Garlic & Herb dressing mix
Directions
Put all ingredients into crock pot. Mix well.
Heat on low 1hour or until warm. Once warmed through, turn to warm to prevent burning.
Serve with baked tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables sticks.
