Chicken Tortilla Soup

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Two Chicken Breasts, no skin
    1 can Pinto Beans
    1 can Rotell Tomatoes
    1 can Butter Beans or Great Northern Beans
    1 can Light Red Kidney Beans
    1 can Whole Kernel Corn
    1pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
    1 pkg. Ranch Dressing Mix

Directions

Boil the chicken in three to four cups of water. Remove when done and set aside.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the broth.
Dice chicken and add.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Enjoy.
