Scallops in Butter, Lime Juice & Garlic




Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 pound scallops
    1/2 cup lime juice
    4 Tbsp light butter
    Fresh, minced garlic to taste
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Marinate scallops in all ingredients overnight. Bake at 350 until done (just a few minutes).

    The title of the recipe was intriguing to me, but looking at the ingredients it seems to be incomplete. :( The title states that garlic is in the recipe, but it is not listed as an ingredient. Very disappointing. - 9/19/10
