Kansas City Country Style Ribs

Introduction

These are great on the grill. These are great on the grill.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pork, fresh, loin, country-style ribs, 1 1/4 - 1 1/4 lbs

    Kansas City Dry Rub
    3/4 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
    1/2 cup paprika
    2 1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
    2 1/2 tablespoons ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    BBQ Sauce, KC Master Piece, 16 tbsp

Directions

Mix rub ingredients in a jar. Sprinkle generously and rub. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate from 2 - 24 hours.

Sprinkle with run again before putting them on the grill. Grill over medium for about an hour till done.

Add BBQ sauce last 15 minutes of cooking.
