Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients

    16 ounces chicken
    1C Canned Tangerines
    1/3 C toasted, slivered almonds
    1/2 C sliced scallions
    6T chopped Cilantro
    12 T soy vay toasted Sesame Salad Dressing
    1 C Chow Mein Noodles
    8 C Lettuce

Directions

Poach chicken breasts - in sauce pan, add chicken and cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover and let sit for 30 minutes. Shred chicken with two forks or fingers and then cover with dressing. Let marinate at least 6 hours. When ready to eat, combine all other ingredients in a salad bowl and toss. Plate and add chicken on top.
