1 lb mushrooms
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cup diced onion
1 tbsp paprika
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp parsley finely chopped
1 tbsp dill finely chopped
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
Sautee mushrooms. When it lets out water, add salt and pepper to taste.
Boil on low heat until tender to taste.
Make a rue out of milk and flour and pour over mushrooms. Let boil for another minute and add dill and parsley. Mix and take off heat.
Serve as a meal or side dish to meat.
Yield 4 servings.
