Carrot Apple Smoothie

Introduction

This is a smoothie recipe that needs some refining, to be honest. I think the taste was wonderful, but the consistency could use some work, you might want to try carrot juice, instead of carrots. Ingredients

    1 cup sliced carrots
    1 cup fresh spinach frozen
    1 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries
    1 cup no sugar added apple juice
    1 cup Silk Light Vanilla Soymilk
    Blender

Directions

Slice carrots, place them and spinach in soymilk, liquify until they are completely obliterate.
Blend in blueberries and apple juice to desired consistency. (like I mentioned you may want to go with carrot juice for a better consistency, it was kinda lumpy and a bit chewy.)
