    1( 9.75) oz canned white 98% fat free chicken
    2 tbs Kraft mayonnaise
    2 tbs onion chopped
    1 small tomato chopped
    1/8 tsp dill
    1/8 tsp garlic
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

mix all ingredients and serve on whole wheat bread or crackers.
