This is from another SP user (and it's smaller). I just made a few changes, thinking the calories would be way different, but it's not too bad! I was craving Mounds bar, so I tried this. I didn't think to add almonds for the Almond Joy take. :-P This is from another SP user (and it's smaller). Ingredients

2 frozen bananas
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp sweetened, shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
splash of milk (1-2 Tbsp)
Directions
Cut frozen bananas into smaller chunks and place in food processor. Pulse to break chunks up, then process until consistency gets smoother. Add milk to create a creamier texture. Add in remaining ingredients and blend until mixed, smooth, and appear like chocolate ice cream. Enjoy!
