Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Introduction

Great use of left over ham! Great use of left over ham!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3/4 cup fat free nondairy creamer (not flavored)
    1 3/4 cup water
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp paprika
    6 large potates, peeled and thinly sliced
    2 cups fully cooked ham

Directions

In a small bowl, combine creamer and water, stir until smooth. In a small saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in the flour, salt and paprika until smooth. Gradually add the craemer mixture to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.

In a greased baking dish, combine the potatoes and ham. Pour sauce over top. Cover and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 40-50 minutes longer or until the potatoes are tender.

Makes 6 - 1 1/4 cup servings
