Tuna Salad with Honey Dijon Dressing

Introduction

This is a traditional tuna fish salad. I don't care for mayo, so I substituted fat free honey dijon salad dressing.

Sometimes I add chopped grapes, or chopped apple.
This is a traditional tuna fish salad. I don't care for mayo, so I substituted fat free honey dijon salad dressing.

Sometimes I add chopped grapes, or chopped apple.

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1. Drain the two cans of tuna, and place in bowl.
    2. Finely chop two stalks of celery and add to the bowl
    3. Add dash of salt and pepper to bowl
    4. Add three tablespoons of the GV Light Buttermilk ranch dressing
    5. Add 1 tablespoon of Hickory Farms Honey and Pineapple Mustard
    6. Chop apple and add to bowl
    7. Mix it all together and chill in the fridge

Directions

This salad serves 5 people in 2 ounce (1/4 cup) serving size. No cooking necessary. Serve as you desire; with crackers, on bread, on top of salad, or even a rice cake.
