Easy Maple Granola

Ingredients

    2 1/2 C Regular Rolled Oats
    1/2 C of each of the following
    Wheat Germ
    Raw Sunflower Seeds
    Shredded Coconut
    Chopped Walnuts
    Sliced Almonds
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 Cup Pure Maple or Agave Syrup
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1/4 Cup vegetable Oil

Directions

Stir together first seven ingredients. In a measuring cup add Maple syrup, vanilla, and oil. Whip together with fork till blended. Pour over oat mixture and stir well. Microwave on High for 4 minutes. Stir. Microwave 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave 3 minutes. Stir as it cools. Makes 20 half cup servings
