Yukon Gold (or Red) mashed potatoes - back to basics!

Introduction

Simple still tastes good - and it's better for you! Simple still tastes good - and it's better for you!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2.5-3 pounds of potatoes - preferably gold or red
    1/3 cup of skim milk
    salt to taste - or garlic salt

Directions

Boil potatoes until tender, place in bowl and mash with the milk. Season to taste. With the better potatoes, you really don't need the butter...and I LOVE butter ;) but this way I can still have one of my favorite side dishes!! I'll take it!

This should yield about 8/5-5.5oz servings of potatoes.
