Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    One 12 ounce package of soy crumbles
    One can of pinto beans
    One can of white kidney beans
    One can of rotel
    One 28 ounce can crushed tomato
    About 1/2 to 1 cup water
    Spices of your choice (I used fajita seasoning, cumin and chili powder.

Directions

Just open all the ingredients and pour into pot. Add seasonings of your choice and simmer for about an hour. I used fajita seasoning, cumin and chili powder.
