Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, 93/7 lean, 16 oz
    Ginger, ground, 1/2 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1/2 tsp
    Seasoning Mix, Trade Secret, Holiday Market (Royal Oak, MI), 1/5 tsp
    Paprika, Hungarian Hot, Szegeo, 1/2 tsp
    Poultry seasoning, 1 tsp
    McCormick Herbes De Provence, 0.25 tsp
    McCormick Hot Shot Red & Black Pepper Blend 1/2 tsp

Directions

Mix all spices together. Sprinkle into raw turkey; mix with hands until thoroughly combined. Place in container; let sit overnight. Make 8-2oz. patties. Fry in vegetable spray coated non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and done through, about 10 minutes.
