Ingredients

    Greek Yogurt - 0%, 1 cup
    Brown Rice- 1 cup
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 2 cup
    Dole Mandarin Oranges, 2 cup
    Pineapple, canned, (with juice) 2 cup, crushed
    Walnuts, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Instant banana pudding mix (in powder for, not mixed)
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium

Directions

mix pineapple and juice with chopped banana and pudding powder, stir gently. fold in cottage cheese, yogurt, rice, walnuts and oranges. serve with fresh fruit on top. yum!
