Turkey Apple Salad

Ingredients

    3 Cups diced roasted turkey breast
    3/4 Cup diced apple
    1/2 Cup mayonaise
    1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
    1 Tablespoon horseradish sauce (sauce made with mayo)
    1/2 Cup diced onion
    3/8 Cup No Sugar Sweet Relish
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Dice turkey, apple and onion and place in large mixing bowl.
2. Add rest of ingredients and mix.
3. Chill prior to serving.
Makes 16 1/2 cup servings
