Easy Salmon

Ingredients

    1 small fillet fresh Atlantic salmon
    2 tbsp light soya sauce
    0.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 fl oz lemon juice
    Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
    Dash cayenne pepper (to taste)

Directions

Place salmon fillet, flesh side up, in small foil loaf pan.
In separate bowl, mix soya sauce, olive oil and lemon juice. Pour marinade over salmon.
Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for min 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator. Add fresh ground black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.
Cover with foil. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes, removing once to baste.
Serve immediately.
