Moist, delicious, easy and fast to make. Nutritious, low fat and low calories/Kj. You won't believe there's no butter. You could have two pieces as your lunch. Guilt free indulgence! Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Walnuts, .5 cup chopped
    Oats, 1 cup
    Flour, white, 2 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Bananas, 4 medium
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Lemon Juice, 30 mL
    Applesauce, sweetened, 1.5 cup

Directions

Preheat oven, moderate temp.
Grease a 12 inch (30cm) loaf pan or use baking paper.
Sift/mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
In another bowl, mash banana & add all wet ingredients.
Put both together in food processor and mix until smooth.
Bake in moderate oven for 50-60 mins.
When totally cool, cut in half lengthwise then into 12 pieces across to make 24 pieces in total.
Instead of icing it, just pour 1tblsp passionfruit pulp on top of each slice, only as you eat it or it will go soggy.
