Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Introduction

This is a nice fall treat that compares to some of the iced coffee beverages. The frozen banana adds a creaminess. The tofu makes for a nice consistency. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 c pumpkin puree (frozen into ice cubes is best)
    1/2 frozen banana
    1 serving soft tofu
    1 T Maple syrup
    1/2 a scoop protein powder (optional)
    generous dashes cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice
    2 ice cubes

Directions

Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy.

If too thick, thin with a bit of water.
