Veggie Italian Soup (No Pasta)

Introduction

This is a super easy soup that tastes great. This is a super easy soup that tastes great.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Large (28 oz) Can DIced Tomatoes
    1 Small Package Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    2 Tablespoons McCormick Italian Seasoning
    6 Cups of Water

Directions

Place the canned tomatoes in a lager pot. (Do not drain.) Add the vegetables and seasoning. Stir well on low heat for 2 or 3 miuntes. (Just unilt warm.) Add the water and stir well. Salt and pepper to taste optional. Cover and let cook for about 20 minutes.

This can also be combined and left in a crockpot on low all day.
