Healthy Hemp Granola

Introduction

Vegan, refined sugar free, and gluten free is using GF oats. Hemp seeds bump up the protein! Vegan, refined sugar free, and gluten free is using GF oats. Hemp seeds bump up the protein!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1/4 cup oil (I used grapeseed)
    1/2 cup yacon syrup (or other natural liquid sweetener)
    1 cup hemp seeds
    3 cups rolled oats
    2/3 cup nuts (I used sliced almonds and chopped walnuts)
    1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
    lots of cinnamon
    vanilla
    salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Heat oil and syrup in small pot on stove. While this is heating (do not boil), combine dry ingredients in large glass bowl. Add oil/syrup to mixture and stir until coated. Spread on parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for about 30 minutes. Let cool thoroughly so it will get crunchy.
