Tomato, Spinach & Mozzarella Flatbread

Introduction

Pretty, Healthy and Quick. Full of flavor- your guests will be coming back for more! Pretty, Healthy and Quick. Full of flavor- your guests will be coming back for more!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 tube Pillsbury Thin Pizza Crust
    1 ea Red Ripe Tomatoes, sliced thinly
    8 slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
    1/2 cup Walden Farms Spicy BBQ Sauce
    2 cups Fresh Spinach

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425F.

2. Open and unroll pizza crust. Press dough into a 13x9 inch rectangle on a pizza stone. Bake about 12 minutes, or until crust starts to brown. Cool slightly.

3. Top crust with BBQ sauce, spinach, tomato and finally mozzarella cheese. Bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese starts to melt and crust is browned to your liking.

4. Cut into 36 pieces (4 lengthwise and 9 accross).
