Shrimp and Crab Bisque

Ingredients

    4 tbsp. margarine
    4 tbsp. all purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
    2 tsps. chicken bouillon powder
    2 tbsp. chopped onion
    2 tbsp. scallion/green onion
    3 cups fat free half and half
    1 lb. medium shrimp (peeled & deveined)
    2 tbsp. tomato paste
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 cup white wine

Directions

In a 2 quart saucepan, melt butter & Stir in flour, salt, white pepper, bouillon, onion and half of the half and half.

Add shrimp and crab; cook over medium, stirring occasionally until thickened. Stir in remaining half and half and wine. Serve hot.
