Introduction

This is a simple and tasty smoothie. Great way to get kids to eat their spinach! This is a simple and tasty smoothie. Great way to get kids to eat their spinach!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 TBS Flax seed
    1 cup Spinach
    1 1/2 cup milk, almond milk, soy milk, yogurt (whatever you prefer)
    1/2 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup Wawona frozen mixed fruit
    1 Tbs Honey

Directions

Grind Flax seed in blender until done, add spinach, milk or preference, strawberries, mixed fruit, and honey. Put blender on crushed ice setting blend until smooth. If needed add more liquid to whatever smoothness you desire. Makes 1 serving.
