Ingredients

    Frosted mini wheats: 1/4 cup
    Walnuts: 1 cup
    Sunflower Seeds: 1/2 cup
    Pecans: 1 cup
    Cashew nuts: 1 cup
    Cranberries dried: 1 cup
    Blueberries dried: 1 cup
    Almonds: 1 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients except Mini Wheats. Put 1/4 cup in ziplock bags and then add 1/4 cup of mini wheats to each bag. I cut them in two before measuring. It is about 3 whole mini wheats per bag.
