Slower Cooker Beef Stroginoff

Introduction

This was made using things that I had left in my pantry one night cause it was the day before food shopping. This was made using things that I had left in my pantry one night cause it was the day before food shopping.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Beef, tip round, 1 lb (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Knorr Beef Bouillon, 2 serving (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 16 oz (remove)

Directions

In a non-stick skillet brown the meat on all sides, then remove from heat and add to crock pot. Add mushrooms and cook till tender then remove from heat and set a side. Add butter and flour to same skillet to make a thick base. Slowly add some water just thin it out just a little. Add one serving of the bouillon to base and let simmer for five minutes. Then add to crock pot and cook for about 4 hours on high or until done. In the last 1hr of cooking add in mushrooms and combine with meat. When ready boil noodles til done and serve with the meat and mushrooms on top.

2 cups = one serving of noodles
1/2 cup sauce with 1.5 cups noodles
