Black Bean and Corn Chili

Ingredients

    20 oz Lean Ground Turkey
    1 Medium Onion
    1 T Cumin
    1 T Red Chili Flakes
    1 t Oregano
    1 14.5 oz. can Corn
    1 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes
    1 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
    1 16 oz can Chili Beans
    1 15 oz can Red Kidney Beans

Directions

Cook turkey one minute. Add onions and seasonings til cooked. Add remaining ingredients, simmer for 1 hour.
