Ingredients

    1 cup dry whole wheat couscous
    1 cup water
    1 cup vanilla soy milk
    1 banana
    1 tbsp cinnamon (I like it very cinnamon-y, you may want to decrease this amount if you are not a huge fan)
    1 tsp brown sugar or sucanat (more if you want a sweeter cereal)
    1 tbsp coconut

Directions

Slice the banana. Throw everything into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Allow to sit for five to ten minutes, then serve.
