Easy Bean Dip Base

Introduction

Makes a great base for seasoned dips. Try it add chili powder/paprika, or cumin/pumpkin/lemon juice/garlic salt, or your favorite herbs, or cumin/tumeric. Makes a great base for seasoned dips. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 15 oz. can cannellini beans (white kidney beans)
    Salt (to taste)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbs
    Garlic, 2 cloves

Directions

Drain canned beans slightly.

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth.

Makes 6 servings, approx. 1/2 cup each.
