Vegan Chinese Salad

Introduction

Adapted from Hungry Girl's Scoopable Chinese Chicken Salad Adapted from Hungry Girl's Scoopable Chinese Chicken Salad
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/4 cup honey
    12 oz bag of broccoli slaw (broccoli, cabbage & carrots)
    1 c sliced carrots
    Bragg's Liquid Aminos to taste (about 1/2 c)
    1-2 TBSP ground ginger
    15 oz can of no sugar added mandarin oranges, drained & chopped
    8 oz can of water chestnuts, drained & thinly sliced

Directions

In a large bowl toss all ingredients together until mixed well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir well before serving. Enjoy!
