Chicken Pot Pie Stew for the Crock Pot

Introduction

This is a delicious, easy meal served over biscuits or in a bowl as a traditional stew. This is a delicious, easy meal served over biscuits or in a bowl as a traditional stew.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 lb. chicken breast, cubed
    5 medium potatoes, diced
    16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
    8 oz. baby carrots
    1 C celery, chopped
    2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup (do not add water)
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 t celery salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    You can also add chicken bouillon if desired, but it use MSG-free if you do, and add about 3 t.

Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot and stir. Set crock pot on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.

Serve with or without biscuits. It is delicious over whole wheat biscuits.
