Introduction

I used store brand Large Eggs instead of the Eggland's Best. Makes a great apple cake, very moist and great for fall nights with fresh apples from the tree. • This recipe is way to high in calories for me to try as is. Have you tried subbing applesauce for some of the oil, and splenda for the sugar? It wouldn't make much difference except in the calorie department. - 10/18/11
