Low Calorie Low Fat Banana Muffins

Introduction

Extremely healthy!!! Extremely healthy!!!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    3 1/3 cup of Whole Wheat Flour
    4 eggs
    1 cup unsweetned applesauce
    1.5 cups mashed banana
    1/2 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla
    1.5 cup Splenda
    1 tsp baking soda
    dash of salt
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Mash very ripe bananas (about 5 or 6) into 1.5 cups and mix 4 eggs, .1/2 cup applecause, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1.5 cups splenda.
In seperate bowl mix all dry ingredients.
Mix all together and add Almond Breeze to make it a little less dry.

Pour evenly (1/4 cup) into baking cups (to avoid greasing muffin pan) and bake for about 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
