Whole Grain Flax Protein Pancakes

Introduction

Whole Grain pancakes with a protein boost. Filling and nutritious. Whole Grain pancakes with a protein boost. Filling and nutritious.

Ingredients

    3 C Krusteaz Wheat and Honey pancake mix
    1/2 C Flax Seeds
    1 1/2 C Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    1 T Cinnamon
    3 oz Soy Protein Powder
    1 oz Vanilla whey protein powder
    3-4 C. water

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients. Gradually add water until it is desired consistency. Cook on a hot griddle approx. 2 minutes per side. Makes 22 pancakes, 2 pancakes per serving.
