Chili ~ Black Bean & Fresh Pineapple RD's

Number of Servings: 12


    Tomatoes Crushed w/ Basil (28 oz Can ~ 3.25 C), 3.25 cup
    carrot, 1 raw (7-8" long), 5 serving
    Onions, raw, 5 small
    Black Beans, Dry Great Value 2.75 C Cooked, 2.8 cup
    Celery, raw, 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Pineapple fresh, 2 cups
    Garlic, 10 cloves


Finely chop everything except beans and tomatoes. Mix everything in a large bowl and put in a crock pot. Start on high setting for about 15 minutes to start, reduce and cook at least 4-6 hours on low.

Makes 12, 1 cup servings.
