Ingredients

1 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
2/3 cup Pine Nuts
2 and 2/3 cup of favorite aged and freshly shredded Parmesean Cheese
50 medium leaves of Basil (or more to taste)
3 to 5 large cloves of fresh garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients in food processor or blender and blend/ chop til well mixed. Add to your favorite pasta or meat dish.
