Oatmeal Protein Smoothie (DD)

Ingredients

    1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal (dry)
    1 Tbsp - almond butter (or can use another natural butter - peanut, soy, cashew or nut butter of your choice)
    1 scoop protein powder, vanilla is best
    1 Tbsp organic honey
    1 Tbsp flax seed
    1 cup skim milk (or can use almond, goat, soy, rice or milk of your choice)
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    Ice

Directions

Puree all ingredients adding ice to adjust consistency of smoothie.

Variation
4 Tbsp of raw unsalted sunflower seeds added
