    1 kiwi, peeled
    1 naval orange, peeled
    1 scoop whey protein powder, vanilla or unflavored
    1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1 tsp lemon flavored avocado oil
    pinch nutmeg
    pinch cinnamon
    1 tsp fresh lime juice
    1/2 cup ice cubes
