The Quick Magical Breakfast Blaster

Ingredients

    One heaping scoop soy protien(vanilla flavored)
    1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
    1 cup strawberries whole
    1/2 large ripe banana
    1/2 tablespoon apple juice or honey
    one table spoon Psyillium seed husks
    1 cup water
    1 cup ice

Directions

Put half banana in blender with strawberries. Then add water, psyillium husk, soy protien(vanilla falvored), flax seed oil, apple juice from concentrate(no water added) and then a cup of Ice. Now blend until blended.

  • I have at least one of these Daily. they are awesome. I also add 1 scoop of a product called "Greens First" and additional psyllium.(Can't get enough fibre you know) You can also interchange the banana with other fruits. Frozen pineapple & mango are especially good. - 7/30/07
