Ingredients

1 lb Ground Turkey Breast
Mrs Dash Original Seasoning
1 C sliced & Chopped Fresh Mushrooms
1 C Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/2 C Old Fashioned Oats
1 C Low Sodium Salsa
2 T Wheat Germ
1 Golden Delicious Apple sliced & Chopped w/peel
1 C Fat Free Shredded Cheese-Mozzerella or Chedder
Directions
In large pan or skillet, brown the ground turkey
add the mrs dash, stir, stir in oats
add the chopped mushrooms, bell pepper & apple
stir in the salsa & wheat germ
Pour half of the mixture into a caserole dish sprayed with olive oil pam
sprinkle half of the cheese on top of mixture
Pour remaining mixture over the cheese, then sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees
Make 4 generous servings.
