Introduction

I love this recipe for chicken and rice but i could use some help on how to make it healthier any suggestions plz. I love this recipe for chicken and rice but i could use some help on how to make it healthier any suggestions plz.

Ingredients

    4 pkgs. Knorr Rice Sides Creamy Chicken Rice
    1 lg can cream of chicken soup
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3 T extra virgin olive oil
    3 t. lemon pepper seasoning

Directions

cut the chicken into bite-size pieces, add to skillet along with the olive oil, season with the lemon pepper. cook chicken thoroughly. when chicken is done add chicken rice by package directions, minus the butter, follow directions for cooking. when rice is cooked reduce heat to low, add soup and mix thoroughly. Heat through so the soup is hot. Ready to eat.
