* 1 small pita, whole-wheat, (6 1/2-inch)
* 3 ounce(s) crabmeat, canned, drained
* 1/4 cup(s) cheese, ricotta, fat-free
* 1/2 cup(s) mushrooms
* 1/2 cup(s) asparagus
* 1 teaspoon oil, olive
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Slice mushrooms and add them and asparagus stalks to pan. Sauté until tender (about 5 minutes). Run asparagus under cool water, chop, then stir back into sautéed mushrooms.
Spread ricotta cheese on pita. Top with crab and vegetable mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
