1 (18 1/2 oz) pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 pkg. egg substitute
1 c. almonds, chopped or slivered
1 (16 oz) solid pack pumpkin (plain, no added ingred)
1 (14 oz) fat free sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt (opt.) salt already in cake mix
In same bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix well, pour over crust in pan. Top with dry cake mix and drizzle I Can't Believe It's Not Butter on top. Bake 50 minutes until set. Cool, cut into bars, store in refrigerator.
Makes 15 bars.
Bake 50 minutes or until set.
