Instant Spaghetti Squash Breakfast

Introduction

I love this since it reminds me of oatmeal but not as heavy. I had left over cooked spaghetti squash from last night's dinner and I found a similar recipe so I decided to try something new. Loved it! It took me back to my childhood when mom use to make us sweet potato and milk for breakfast or after dinner treat. I love this since it reminds me of oatmeal but not as heavy. Ingredients

    Spaghetti Squash, 1 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
    Brown Sugar, 1 tsp packed
    Milk, 1%, .5 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp (dash)

Directions

Place butter, cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl. Microwave for 10 to 15 seconds then stir. Add precooked (left over) spaghetti squash and milk to desired consistency. Microwave 1 to 1-1/2 minutes and enjoy.
