Ingredients

    1 cup water
    1/4 cup almonds
    1 1/2 frozen bananas, chopped
    5 frozen strawberries

Directions

In a blender, mix the water and almonds to make a milky base. Add the frozen fruit and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
