Introduction

basic yeast bread from ThyCa cookbook basic yeast bread from ThyCa cookbook
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 3/4 hot water
    3 Tbs sugar
    2 tsp non-iodized salt
    1/4 cup canola oil
    6 cups flour
    2 1/4 Tbs bread machine yeast

Directions

place ingredients in the order listed into bread machine. Set to dough and allow to finish cycle.
Remove from machine and place into two loaf pans.
Let rise an additional 60 minutes in pans.
Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
each loaf can be cut into 10 pieces.
recipe yields about 20 3/4 inch pieces
