Ingredients

One 16 oz bag frozen broccoli
6-8 medium potatoes
3 cups diced ham
2 cans Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
3/4 cup Skim milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
Directions
Peel and dice potatoes, boil on stove for 10 minutes.
Drain, rinse in cool water.
Add frozen broccoli and diced ham, set aside.
Mix soup and milk, add salt and pepper to taste in large bowl.
Stir well. Pour over potato/ham/broccoli mixture and GENTLY stir. Pour into buttered 9x12 pan. Top with bread crumbs. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, remove foil and bake 15 minutes more. Makes 12-1 cup servings.
